Leslie Anne Umali is an NCCPA certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). As a Physician Assistant, Leslie has experience in Interventional Pain Management, Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, and Trauma Surgery. She is also a Critical Care Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-CC) who currently volunteers for the Fire Department. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Leslie worked in the Emergency Room as an ER Technician, was a Dermatology Intern for Memorial Sloan Kettering, volunteered as an AIDS Peer Educator, and she has done clinical research in both Infectious Disease and Psychology. Leslie's passion for Interventional Pain Management stems from her experience in Trauma Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. She is interested in managing the long-term effects of pain in trauma patients. Her overall goal is to provide patients with effective tools to assist them in their pain and overall health.
